Leasely provides tools for leaseholders to:
- Analyse property management documents;
- Generate legally compliant communications to third parties (e.g., managing agents, landlords);
- Collaborate with other leaseholders;
- Access information about building management practices.
We do not offer legal advice or services. Any analysis or templates provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only.
4. Legal Disclaimers
Not a Law Firm: Leasely is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Use of the Platform does not establish a solicitor-client relationship.
No Guarantee of Outcome: We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the analyses or document templates. Use them at your own discretion.
AI and Automation: Some services are powered by AI. Outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. Always verify important information independently.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain features may be paid. All fees are clearly stated at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content or data you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content solely to operate and improve the Platform.
You must not upload:
- Any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material;
- Personal data of others without lawful basis;
- Malicious code or anything that could damage the Platform.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Leasely complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Leasely. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Platform in an unlawful manner. You may also close your account at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Leasely shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of data, profits, or business;
- Errors in AI-generated outputs or document generation.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leasely from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
