Leasely provides an analysis tool for leaseholders to compare service charges against market trends. Leasely is an informational tool only and does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.
User Accounts
- Users may access Leasely without an account. However, certain features may require registration.
- If an account is created, users must keep their credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Limitations of Use
- Leasely is intended for leaseholders. Commercial use, including bulk data uploads by property managers, is restricted to a limit of 10 uploads per month unless explicitly permitted.
- Unauthorized reselling of Leasely insights requires prior approval and payment of a reasonable fee, with proper attribution.
No Liability for Accuracy or Tribunal Outcomes
- Leasely does not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis provided.
- Leasely's reports cannot be used as legal evidence in court or tribunal proceedings.
- Users assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on Leasely's analysis.
Privacy & Data Retention
- Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
- Uploaded documents and analysis results are stored unless a deletion request is made.
- Users must explicitly agree to the Privacy Policy before uploading any documents.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Leasely after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
